You will work closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and oversee the accuracy of reports and dashboards.Designation – Business AnalystLocation – Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.Job Responsibilities:Understand, gather and document business requirements, translating them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for projects.Develop process flow diagrams and logic models to ensure every step and action of the project is clearly defined.Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the feasibility of technical solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) for automating business processes.Validate and ensure the accuracy of dashboards and reports, confirming insights are derived based on well-defined metrics.Review and document each step of the ETL process to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading for reporting purposes.Create comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, detailing data sources, transformation logic, and loading strategies for data integrity.Conduct testing, periodic checks and validation of reports and dashboards to verify that all definitions are correct and the data is reliable.Support ongoing documentation efforts, ensuring all project requirements, ETL processes, and reporting logic are consistently updated.Perform data quality checks, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and work with data teams to resolve issues.What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, and workflow logic.Strong understanding of technical solutions like Power Automate and Power Apps to assess the feasibility of automating business processes.Knowledge of ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading principles.Expertise in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools for validating data and insights.Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to ensure all project flows and logic setups are well-documented and understandable.Experience:2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on documentation, flow diagrams, process logic, and technical solution feasibility.Experience working on ETL projects, with a proven track record of documenting steps in the data movement process.Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other technical tools to assess automation opportunities.Experience validating and managing dashboards and reports to ensure insights are based on accurate, well-defined logic.Qualifications:Any bachelor's degree preferred.A bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field are plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with data teams, developers, and business stakeholders.Certifications in relevant technical tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
