This is a fantastic opportunity to join the next phase of the Building Commission within NSW. https://www.nsw.gov.au/housing-and-construction/building-commissioner Responsibilities include: - Support the identification, analysis and documentation of business processes, systems and other functional requirements to support the development of digital products and service improvements. - Build effective relationships with stakeholders and users to understand and analyse business problems. - Work with stakeholders, solution architects, and project leaders to provide relevant business solutions ensuring proper communication of business requirements to IT solution requirements. - Provide support to Senior Business Analysts and the team in the development of digital solutions. To be successful in this role you will have: - Demonstrated experience in supporting business analysis (digital) and working on multiple projects in agile and waterfall project environments. - Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills. - An ability to think innovatively and support the development of solutions fit for purpose. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to a range of stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines and balance competing needs. - Understanding of CRM systems eg.
