Location: Brisbane Type: Contract Job #17274 Overview Our commercial client is seeking a Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for a 6-month extension.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS, finance, and payroll.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of a replacement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and HRIS system.
The program is already in progress, with vendors set to be selected by the end of the year.
This position is perfect for someone who has previously worked on similar large-scale projects within organisations of 500+ employees, handling complex, multifaceted operations.
As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the successful implementation of new services, focusing on documenting and optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities Elicit and analyse business needs to determine requirements.
Lead the analysis and definition of business processes and procedures.
Manage vendor engagement and relationships Define business requirements and develop Business Requirements Specification.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Traceability matrix.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead the design and documentation of system processes and work instructions to align with business process.
Support quality assurance activities through all test phases to ensure traceability, alignment to business requirements and outcomes.
Support organisational change activities including identifying change impacts, training needs, and assisting with communications and transition activities to ensure business readiness.
Assist in the identification and management of issues and risks.
Assist in project planning, delivery and reporting on assigned work packages.
