Title: Business Analyst & Improvement Coordinator, Permanent - Part-time Role, 21 hours per week
Salary Range: $108,222.23 to $125,771.99 (on a pro-rata basis) per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The Business Analyst and Improvement Coordinator manages and facilitates improvements in the Business Unit's systems, activities and procedures. The role also includes coordinating others in the Business Unit to ensure high performance service delivery, including through improved data collection and data/evidence-based projects and improvements.
The key focus areas of this role include:
Strong management and leadership of business analytics and improvement for the Business Unit to achieve business objectives, including the coordination of staff, program delivery, policies, operations and systems. Oversee data and system development, review, improvement and integration, including business unit's use of available data for reporting and business process improvement. Manage complex and potentially high-profile projects on behalf of the unit to achieve desired project outcomes, including scoping and proposing projects, research, reviewing feasibilities and co-ordinating stakeholders, managers, and staff.
