Business Analyst/Implementation Consultant - SaaS - $120-140K + super 23rd September, 2024This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst/Implementation Consultant to work within a PE backed SaaS business in a client-facing role. You'll collaborate closely with the project manager and clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. You'll be involved from gathering requirements through to defining project scope and ensuring successful implementation.Key Responsibilities:Document requirements, coordinating input from both client and internal teams.Provide product expertise during prospective client meetings.Assist in setting up data and delivering system demonstrations.Collaborate with the project manager to identify project tasks, risks, and ensure requirements are met.Serve as the technical contact to resolve design issues within project scope.Assist in analysing system functionality for process and information models.Deliver solution design artifacts for client approval and seamless transition to development.Support test strategy development and assist with quality assurance.Provide handover to the development team to meet client requirements.Complete basic software configuration tasks.Key requirements:Previous experience delivering on client projectsExcellent stakeholder management skills, this is a client facing roleConsultancy/SaaS experience highly desirableIf you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working directly with clients, this role is perfect for you!
