One of our clients is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in reviewing and analysing legal documentation.
It has to be HR / Employment law.
Required: 2+ years' experience working in a software product-based organisation / environment.
Demonstrated ability to interpret compliance / legal requirements and translation into tasks to be consumed by development team.
Analyse and interpret legal requirements, breaking down complex legal language into clear, actionable tasks.
Engage with legal experts to seek clarifications on regulations and ensure complete accuracy in compliance interpretation.
Translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications for development teams, ensuring legal standards are met across the product lifecycle.
Facilitate smooth communication between legal, product, and engineering teams to ensure compliance requirements are fully integrated into our software solutions.
Develop and maintain thorough documentation of compliance requirements, technical processes, and system modifications.
