Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA Full-time permanent position based at Mile End Join a tight-knit team with a fun, inclusive and supportive culture This role will see you administering and developing the financial management systems (FinOps, Technology One, IPSI) as well as providing support with associated systems used throughout the RAA.
This role is responsible for reviewing and recommending process improvements by using the financial management system.
In addition, you will also support project management of changes or system enhancements and interface of the financial management system with other RAA systems.
Key responsibilities include: · Be a finance contact with systems providers for communication and escalation of issues · Ensure all finance systems are available for use by the organisation and licence numbers are appropriate · Ensure all access privileges, including user access, security and integration are controlled and kept up to date within established policies and procedures meeting audit standards · Review existing software in meeting accounting requirements of the Association and reported to Product Manager Finance Systems · Ensure interfaces to finance systems are maintained and supplying accurate information · Undertake preliminary analysis of requests for change and document their scope for Product Manager Finance Systems approval · Deliver analysis outputs, including As-Is/To-Be process maps, business requirement, solutions outlines, functional specifications and report specifications · Maintain accurate reporting from finance systems About you You will have experience in large, complex environments and a strong track record of working with a range of accounting packages, including the use of reporting tools to extract financial data.
You will have a keen eye for detail, paired with a high level of analytical and problem solving skills. You will stand out if you bring: Experience in undertaking system analysis, process mapping, testing, training and relevant documentation Tertiary qualifications in Business/Accounting or IT (desirable) Experience in all aspects of Technology One including robust knowledge of building ETLs, writing and maintaining Crystal reports, database schema and SQL tables (desirable) Experience in all aspects of FinOps including system administration and Power Apps usage Advanced spread sheeting skills, (XL One experience desirable) Advanced knowledge of the principles of computerised accounting systems Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis principles and practices Demonstrated knowledge of business process and information modelling Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts, principles and standards High level knowledge of financial system structures including the flow of data relating to purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account chart structure, financial reporting including management reports, balance sheet and profit and loss reports About us We're proud to be one of South Australia's most iconic brands, trusted by members for more than 120 years.
