Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Systems Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in scoping requirements for finance systems and leading the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for system selection.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our financial systems align with our strategic goals and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for finance systems.RFP Management:
Lead the RFP process for system selection, including developing RFP documents, evaluating vendor proposals, and facilitating vendor presentations.Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct thorough analysis of existing finance systems, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven recommendations.Project Coordination:
Work with project managers to ensure timely implementation of new systems and enhancements, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.Training and Support:
