The Project: Our client is embarking on a major transformation, implementing a new supply chain management system.
This project will optimize inventory management, improve supplier collaboration, and enhance overall visibility across the entire supply chain.
The Role (Business Analyst): You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with both stakeholders.Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.Define user requirements and translate them into actionable specifications for the new system.Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather user input and ensure the new system meets their needs.Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories and system requirement specifications.Test and validate the new system, ensuring it aligns with defined requirements.The Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the supply chain domain.Solid understanding of automotive supply chain processes and terminology.Experience eliciting and documenting user requirements (e.g., user stories, use cases).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
