This role supports the development and delivery of electrification products, helping establish AGL as a leader in the market.
Collaborating with the Peak Energy Rewards Product Owner, the role involves creating and enhancing product features whilst working with cross-functional teams, including Service Designers, Marketing Specialists, Growth Managers, and Digital and Technology experts.
It also taps into AGL's expertise to ensure products meet regulations and standards.
Positioned within the E&I value stream, this role is key to the end-to-end incubation and commercial development of new products that aid Australia's decarbonization efforts.
What you'll be doing: Track the performance of program, events and activities, collecting relevant data and metrics.
Drive process optimization and continuous program evolution, including technology upgrades, while implementing quality assurance to ensure integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with the CRM team to address participant inquiries and issues promptly, enhancing customer satisfaction and program engagement.
Lead the execution of test cases and scenarios, identifying and reporting defects to ensure high-quality product performance and user experience.
Maintain a thorough understanding of daily program operations, including customer enrollment, event coordination, and communication activities.
About you: Previous demonstrated experience within a business analysis or product development role, demonstrating the ability to effectively problem solve.
Previous experience working on consumer electrification products in Australia.
Relevant tertiary qualifications - Business Administration, Operations Manager and/or related field.
Experience with SAP Suite - SAP CRM and SAP Hana is essential.
Ability to engage with and manage stakeholders at various levels, including executives and end-users.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.
