Business Analyst | Delivery and GovernanceOur Core and Personal Technology team provides a safe and responsive environment that enables Macquarie to pursue opportunities with confidence. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?You will facilitate communication between business and technical teams with project delivery support by understanding and translating requirements. You will understand the customer's business strategy, processes and needs to identify operational, financial, and technological risks, as well as improvement opportunities.Your responsibilities will span from leading small to mid-size projects, to supporting larger projects that focus on enhancing operational business functions that impact team members and providers at the market level.What you offer8+ years of IT experience as a Business Analyst across various sized projects and programsAbility to identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and designProvide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholdersExperience in project analysis to produce and document business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals and UAT planCollaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during quality assurance processAbility to clearly document business processes, system requirements, and process differentiationAbility to identify improvement opportunities for process and system inefficiencies to increase customer adoption and satisfaction.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About TechnologyTechnology enables every aspect of our business, for our people, our customers and our communities.
