A true people first business in an excellent location with on-site parking.Your new roleThe purpose of this Full Time role based in Sydney is to document, deliver and support changes to the Microsoft D365 CRM platform at our client.
You will work within the IT Team and be responsible for both project and support activities related to the CRM system.
You will act as a CRM SME for the business and IT projects and will drive adoption/use of the CRM system with key Business Units including (but not limited to) Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance.Your role responsibilitiesBusiness requirements gatheringProcess mappingCoordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.Preparation of functional specification and use case scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Conduct software testing in close cooperation with IT and business subject matter expertsDocument and track test results and software fixesEnd User Training and documentation managementClient support as and when requiredAbility to think outside of the box, to interpret data and understand recurring themes in systemic issuesCRM system configuration and reference data managementAbout youMinimum 4+ years Business Analysis experience in a complex environmentStrong Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 CRM experienceExperienced in business process capture and documentationStrong Business requirements gathering skills and writing of functional specificationsExperience working on waterfall and Agile SDLC projectsStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenGood business planning, analytical and conceptual skillsStrength in performing effective root cause analysisPro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented IndividualIf you believe that you match the above requirement then please apply or email Shane Hodgins at #J-18808-Ljbffr
