Our client is a leader in their industry and is embarking on a large-scale D365 implementation.

Your new role
The purpose of this Full Time role based in Sydney is to document, deliver and support changes to the Microsoft D365 CRM platform at our client.
You will work within the IT Team and be responsible for both project and support activities related to the CRM system.
You will act as a CRM SME for the business and IT projects and will drive adoption/use of the CRM system with key Business Units including (but not limited to) Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance.
Your role responsibilities

Business requirements gathering Process mapping Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Preparation of functional specification and use case scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Conduct software testing in close cooperation with IT and business subject matter experts Document and track test results and software fixes End User Training and documentation management Client support as and when required Ability to think outside of the box, to interpret data and understand recurring themes in systemic issues CRM system configuration and reference data management
About you
Minimum 4+ years Business Analysis experience in a complex environment Strong Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 CRM experience Experienced in business process capture and documentation Strong Business requirements gathering skills and writing of functional specifications Experience working on waterfall and Agile SDLC projects Strong communication skills, both oral and written Good business planning, analytical and conceptual skills Strength in performing effective root cause analysis Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Individual
