Day to day: Mentor and develop junior and mid Business Analysts across brands Foster strong relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understandingWork in conjunction with Product Leaders, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering Teams, and Architects, develop strategies to determine the priority of strategic initiatives, highlighting risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies Manage project progress, track key milestones, and identify and document potential risks or issues affecting project timelines where appropriateContribute to the development of product roadmaps and product plans across a multi-product suite and across multiple productsPlan and conduct workshops to discuss, elicit, define, and document requirements with varying levels of stakeholdersReview existing business requirement documents to ensure requirements are adequately defined and are aligned to projectsIdentify and document potential risks related to requirements and assist cross functional teams in developing mitigation strategiesEvaluate existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and innovation, providing recommendations and roadmaps for senior stakeholdersRecommend and implement process enhancements to optimise project delivery and increase efficiency within the Project Management Office, Project Management & Engineering, and where applicableContribute to the definition of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for business process improvementLead the liaison between project teams and business stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating resolution of issues through development of comprehensive stakeholder management strategies and plans You'll be perfect for the role if you have: 5+ years in a business analyst roleD365 or other accounting software experienceBachelor in IT, Computer Science, BusinessTravel industry experience What you'll enjoy...
