You will play a critical role in shaping the payments (BNPL) and lending products, ensuring they meet user needs and working closely with multiple vendors on a daily basis.Title: Business AnalystRole: 12-month fixed term contractLocation: Sydney, CBD (3 days/week in office)Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for payments and lending solutions.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for new features and enhancements.Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and provide support during development.Perform data analysis to identify insights and opportunities for product improvement.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support.Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the lending and BNPL industry.Strong understanding of payment systems, lending processes, and financial technologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
