Join the NSW SES as a Business Analyst and play a crucial role in driving business improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to review and analyse the organisation's business needs, processes, and intentions.
Your key responsibility will be to identify and document opportunities as we update existing systems and implement new ones.
You will support mapping both current and future business processes, ensuring alignment with our program outcomes and organisational strategy.
This role is based at the NSW SES State Headquarters in Wollongong.
While some flexible working arrangements are available, this role requires you to work from the office more often than not to ensure effective collaboration and support for project activities.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
Have demonstrated knowledge and experience in business solutions design and business analysis, with a focus on ICT projects.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively review and analyse business objectives, processes, and information needs, identifying and documenting opportunities for improvement.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, departments, and with external partners.
