Business Analyst - Business Process Improvement
This exciting and challenging role in the Business Process Improvement (BPI) team willrequire you to collaborate with business units across the Yoschine Consulting group todeliver bespoke and innovative solutions to improve business practices. There is a focus onleveraging technology to deliver digital innovations to the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and document business improvement opportunities
Collaborate with teams including the IT development team to develop innovativesolutions
Document functional specifications for bespoke software solutions
Analyse available business data and draw conclusions
Undertake research to understand needs of the business
Carry out user acceptance testing as part of the IT development life-cycle

Your Skills Experience
A bachelors degree in Commerce, Actuarial, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Previous experience within a Financial Services organisation (Highly Desirable)
Excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to solve problems and create solutionsappropriate for a commercial environment
Advanced Excel skills combined with an ability to understand data
An understanding of financial concepts
Strong verbal communication skills to assist with a high level of stakeholderengagement
Impressive interpersonal skills to work with and contribute to a team environment
An ability to present information in a clear and concise written form
You are ambitious, highly motivated and you bring energy and enthusiasm to a role
Strong time management skills that allow you to work semi-autonomously and seamlesslyswitch between tasks as needs demand
