As the Business Analyst, you will analyse and elicit business needs and translate them into business requirements to drive efficiencies, add value and enhance our client experience.
You will:
Analyse business problems and challenges, map business processes and document business requirements Consult and partner with stakeholders to identify, plan and scope process design changes Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions to address business needs Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria Contribute to the development of solution proposals that address business requirements, including system and non-system solutions Liaise with Technology to ensure technical specifications accurately address the business requirements Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, workflows, policies, and procedures Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design, test and implement solutions. This is a permanent full-time role based in Newcastle.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To be successful in the role of Business Analyst (BA), you will have previous experience as a BA within an Agile Scrum environment. You will quickly grasp the interdependencies between various business functions, collaborating across all areas to improve processes and achieve goals.
Your background will demonstrate your:
Experience working as a BA within an Agile Scrum environment Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and lateral thinking skills with keen attention to detail and self-motivated drive to question and interrogate data Exceptional communication and facilitation skills Proficiency in end-to-end process modelling and process improvement initiatives Effective stakeholder management and engagement to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation Ability to work with limited direction under broad guidelines, both independently and cooperatively in a team environment Capacity to work within tight timeframes and manage change in a dynamic work environment with a high level of personal motivation Understanding of risk management and issues management processes Ability to build and maintain relationships with the wider business, ensuring alignment of processes and procedures where possible and sharing best practice Expertise in translating values into day-to-day activities and behaviours Innovative approach to address problems and encourage others to seek new opportunities for improvement Ability to facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change within the team. You will have a bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent. Scrum and/or Agile Business Analyst certification(s) preferred.
