About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to play a critical role in the successful implementation of our new Human Capital Management (HCM) system - Workday. You will act as a key liaison between the business and our implementation partner, Cognizant, ensuring seamless communication and successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Support with the documentation of current (and future?) business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and simplification on current joiner, mover, leaver (JML) processes. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Cognizant consultants, utilising configuration and data workbooks. Data Migration & Validation: Work closely with the implementation partner to map and load data into Workday. Pre-validate extracted data files for accuracy and completeness. Validate data integrity post-conversion into Workday. Testing & Training: Actively participate in all phases of testing, including developing and executing test scenarios. Contribute to the identification and resolution of defects. Work alongside Cognizant & WPP brands to support with delivery of training. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate functional requirements and changes effectively to the implementation partner. Provide timely feedback on critical changes impacting Workday business processes. Work closely with relevant stakeholders (finance, HR, payroll, etc.) and support with stakeholder management. Champion the adoption and use of Workday and its business processes. Participate in knowledge transfer activities to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data migration and validation activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working on complex/multi-stakeholder projects is desirable. Ability to manage projects and multiple deliverables. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
