Intranet refresh experience 1 month contract Sydney based A large government organisation is seeking a Business Analyst to refresh its end-of-life intranet site and capability. The Intranet will be deployed throughout the organisation. The engagement of a business analyst will support the development of the key analysis and documents to support a business case and procurement activity.

A business analyst with appropriate experience, skills and qualifications working with the organisations Chief Information Officer and/or Chief Operating Officer to lead the development of:

a) Business requirement definition to inform a business case, project initiation and market research to refresh the extant intranet site (at end of life).

b) Functional specification developed with stakeholder engagement to inform a business case, project initiation and market research.

c) High level technical specification developed with stakeholder engagement to inform a business case, project initiation and market research.

d) Based on the business requirement definition, functional and high level technical specifications undertake market research of potential systems, vendors and options.

e) Development of an Internal business case with the engagement of key stakeholders to inform the Commission executive of options and recommendations.
