Occupying a 32-acre site and providing facilities of the highest industry standards, the studio features ninesound stages, several production offices, workshops, and hostsaround 50 independent entertainment industry businesses.
The history of the site provides an eclectic mix of new and old buildings, and manicured landscapes create proportion and space.
The Coordinator's role is to provide a high level of business affairs support in the areas of tenant leasing, production licensing, and providing administration support to the wider team.
The Coordinator will also be responsible for the studios marketing initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
The position requires an organized, diligent individual with strong interpersonal and organisational skills who can operate autonomously and with confidence.
You will be someone with good attention to detail, not be shy of calculating numbers, and enjoy work that involves reviewing the details of documentation to ensure it is accurate.
We are a small team at Disney Studios Australia and we operate together with the larger picture in mind.
The ideal candidate is someone with a proactive approach, who is comfortable stepping in across a variety of tasks where help is required.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Draft, issue, facilitate execution and file appropriately all third-party leases or licence agreements

Collect, monitor and file all required third party insurances for tenants, production clients, vendors and contractors

Analyse information; prepare reports, manuals, correspondence and memoranda

Maintain and update all compliance-related files and records

Assist with lease management and monthly invoice reporting

Support Studio marketing initiatives

Provide support to the Commercial Manager and the wider team as requiredStep into the Help Desk role as required

To be successful in this role, you will hold:

Previous administration experience – if you have worked in an environment where you have experience reviewing and maintaining documentation, such as a real estate office or legal firm, this would be highly regarded

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Positive, proactive, and engaging customer focus

The ability to manage multiple contact points simultaneously

Comfort with numbers and calculations
