Core Duties And Responsibilities Attending to overall client engagement including tax advisory services and tax effect accounting work for a portfolio of the firm's business clients.
Tax advisory (SMEs).
Small business CGT concessions.
Deceased estate litigation and tax matters.
Tax effect accounting.
Trust taxation matters.
Employee share and option schemes.
Corporate tax.
International tax.
Support the Partners and assist with the strategic direction of the firm.
Acting as a mentor/coaching manager, conducting appraisals, goal review, and goal setting for a small team.
Liaise and consult with internal stakeholders and clients from a range of industries, providing complex tax advice for local and international businesses.
Required Experience Big 4 / Mid-tier experience.
Corporate tax experience preferred, but not essential.
Minimum 6-8 years experience.
Experience managing teams and client fee base.
Motivated individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.
