Do this sound like you? 5+ Years of Experience: Extensive experience, currently working in an ACCOUNTING FIRM within Business Services, including a leadership or supervising/mentoring role. Self-Starter Leadership: Proven ability to manage all aspects of client tax compliance and business services obligations. CA/CPA Qualified Problem Solver Strong Communication Adaptable and Driven As a Manager within the Business Advisory Team you will be… Leading & Mentoring: Guide and nurture a team of talented accountants. Proactively manage your clients' annual compliance obligations, providing meaningful insights and solutions to both existing and future challenges. Oversee a diverse range of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely services while adding value through strategic advice. Collaborate with Managers and Directors to manage workflow effectively, supervising and supporting junior team members to achieve team performance goals. Undertake business advisory work that includes financial modelling, succession planning, asset sales, complex tax matters, and regulatory compliance. Develop strong relationships with clients, offering tailored advice on business operations, tax planning, and accounting system implementations.
