As Senior BA, you will provide high quality administrative support & leadership to the teams within VIC Group 3.
Every day you will have the opportunity to solve complex, specialised, & challenging requests.

This role is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.
The Opportunity Monitor requests and ensure they are picked up and completed in a timely manner.Mentor, coach and empower high performance in the Team to ensure the processes are followed and upheld and the key objectives are met.Support annual talent mapping, salary reviews and promotions process for Admin team.Provide direct support to leadership, including coordination activities and support in specific focus areas.Step in to assist with overflow BA tasks during peak periods At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive.

Is this role right for you?
Likely to have achieved professional qualification, e.g.
a recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in business, projects or similar or equivalent.Significant relevant industry experience in administration within a consulting/engineering business environment, demonstrated achievements and all-round hands-on experience in administration.Experience in leading, engaging, and motivating teams and individuals and ensuring the right culture, capacity, and capability in place to deliver excellence.Results driven, with ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines.Works effectively as part of a team and constructively identifies and manages issues that impact performance What we offer you At Arup, we care about each member's success, so we can grow together.
