Business Administration Traineeship

CVGT Employment is seeking to recruit a full-time Administration Trainee, a vital role contributing to the success of the Business Services department of AFS & Associates. This position is ideal for recent high school graduates with a keen interest in Administration/Business Services. During their time, trainees will be provided with mentoring and assistance to cultivate their skills, while actively working towards the completion of a Certificate III in Business Administration.

Tasks and responsibilities (but not limited to): Manage incoming and outgoing mailAnswer and manage phone callsMaintain organised filing systemsHandle printing and photocopying tasksProvide excellent client service to both internal and external stakeholdersAssist with administrative processes related to existing clientsPrepare meeting rooms for various office activitiesProvide support across various office tasksUse Microsoft Office Suite proficiently, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to create documents, spreadsheets, and manage emailsManage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise work, and meet deadlines consistentlyWhat we're looking for: Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within the team and positive interactions with clientsAbility to engage in ongoing learning opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to develop expertise and stay updated with industry best practicesCommitment to maintaining a professional appearanceAbility to demonstrate a strong client focus and excellent phone manner, ensuring a friendly and helpful interaction with all stakeholdersAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software, enhancing efficiency in various tasksA proactive approach with a willingness to initiate tasks and take on responsibilitiesEducation and experience: Minimum Year 11 VCE completionDemonstrated readiness to pursue a Certificate III in Business AdministrationPreferable familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
