We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administration Trainee where you will gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.
As a Business Administration Trainee, you will be working towards a Certificate III in Business Administration for over a 12-month period.
Traineeships are an excellent opportunity for people with limited qualifications and limited work experience to obtain knowledge and practical on-the-job work experience.
What Your Day Will Look Like Provide administrative support and perform administrative tasks to assist in the management of the office in an organised, efficient, effective, and customer-focused manner.
Respond to requests and correspondence within council time limits.
Type agendas, minutes, reports, and other documents as needed.
Prepare and organise data for projects.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Prioritise tasks and complete duties based on skills and training.
Funding Criteria These traineeships have been made available with the assistance of funding under the Queensland Government's Skilling Queenslanders for Work - First Start Program.
The First Start Program primarily targets young Queensland school leavers and disadvantaged job seekers considered at risk of enduring prolonged periods of unemployment and accordingly, certain information is required from applicants to confirm eligibility for participation.
