We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join a dynamic team and contribute to a program with multiple, parallel releases.
Your expertise will play a key role in developing insightful reporting solutions that drive decision-making and performance improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with strategic stakeholders to identify business intelligence needs, define targets, and establish KPIs, metrics, and dimensions.
Elicit, document, validate, and endorse reporting and functional requirements to meet diverse business needs.
Develop scenarios for requirements verification, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training efforts.
Define and test business and logic rules for business intelligence reports.
Write detailed report specifications for developers and support UAT, ensuring deliverables meet user requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships across business units, technology teams, and support groups.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 4 years' experience as a BI Business Analyst in data warehousing and business intelligence environments.
Proven ability to define and document business intelligence requirements, including data sources, metrics, and dimensions.
Extensive experience with the report development lifecycle, including developing business and counting rules.
Strong skills in Power BI and an understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and OLAP technologies.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to gather and translate reporting requirements into actionable solutions.
Experience facilitating UAT and developing report mock-ups using front-end BI tools.
