Rutherford, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSW Position: Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) You will complete a Certificate III Business qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer, Clements Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to: General administrative duties ad hoc, inclusive of entering job details, data entry, receiving stock and goods, invoicing and assisting the wider team.
Answering phone calls, including booking and scheduling jobs.
Following up timesheets and purchase orders.
Work on computers to use various software tools to assist with the business operations.
Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required.
What you'll bring to the table… To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria: Commitment to both on and off the job training.
Show enthusiasm towards the traineeship.
Confidence to engage with customers and stakeholders.
Previous customer service experience or skills.
Mandatory Requirements Willingness to undergo a National Police check.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, including audiometry, spirometry and drug and alcohol screening.
Minimum of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
