We're looking for a full-time Business Administration Manager to effectively manage and streamline business operations and support our growing team! This is a newly created role due to our business growth. Bring your expertise in managing office functions, overseeing administration staff and ensuring smooth daily operations to this role and contribute to the company's ongoing success. We are looking for an individual to commence employment in January 2025.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide Operational Support & Leadership to the Executive Team and staff overseeing day to day administration and ensure seamless communication and collaboration on projects.Manage Administration including onboarding, training and mentoring administration staff ensuring smooth office operations.Planning, streamlining and executing administration workflows including delegation of tasks to administration team members.Support Senior Procurement Manager with purchasing activities (including exports), supplier onboarding, reviews and reviewing business insurances.Review, Update and Implement Company Systems, processes and procedures.Support Finance team with coordinating customer contracts, subcontractor agreements, legal agreements, equipment hire agreements, consignment stock agreement and MOUs.Ensure accurate reporting and compliance requirements.Office management tasks – meeting coordination, office supplies, team event planning, facilities and property management.Manage fleet and equipment records in conjunction with Operations Manager and HSEQ Manager.Support Finance team with Accounts Payable, Receivable, payroll, budgeting and back up as required.Act as internal point of escalation for complex enquiries.REQUIREMENTSProven experience in managing, mentoring and training an administration team in a fast-paced environment.Administration Manager or Office Manager experience.Qualification in Business Administration (desirable).Strong business acumen.Experience in the civil and construction industry would be beneficial.Solid understanding of legals and contracts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero and other relevant software.Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.In-depth knowledge of administrative responsibilities, systems and procedures.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues.Drivers Licence.WHAT IS ON OFFERA permanent full-time role with flexibility for the right candidate.An attractive salary package with laptop and phone provided.Work within an experienced and professional team.A welcoming and friendly team culture.A workplace where the safety of our people is at the core of everything we do.If you're ready to contribute to a sustainable future and grow your career with us, apply now!We are an Equal Opportunity employer, and we encourage applications from a range of diversities including women, Indigenous, and LGBTIQA+ applicants.The successful applicants must pass National Police Check and ongoing Drug and Alcohol tests.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Business Administration Manager?How many years' experience do you have as a team manager?Have you completed a qualification in business?What's your expected hourly rate?
