About the roleJoin our B2B team as a Sales Specialist based in our support office in Chadstone. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity where you will be speaking to new and existing business customers every day, building rapport, and identifying how Officeworks can support them. You will be responsible for establishing and building business customer relationships over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing solutions and support while maximizing sales. This opportunity is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office and the remainder of your week working from home in a full-time role.
About youYou are a customer-focused individual, passionate about service and customer experience. You thrive on building rapport with customers, possess outstanding communication skills, and enjoy connecting people with the right solution. In addition, you will have:
