The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated senior Wills & Estate lawyer, preferably in estate litigation, to help lead the team of junior lawyers and work alongside market leaders in this field.
The work is national high-level succession law matters.
Work flexibility is available, though the preference is to be in the office.
About You
You will ideally have 4+ years in Wills & Estate with the following:
Handle a diverse caseload of wills and estates matters in the areas of estate litigation, planning, and estate administration.
Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
Communicate effectively and clearly with clients about the cost and time involved in their matters throughout the process.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Show exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
Uphold high levels of empathy and sensitivity in handling Wills and Estates matters.
Mentor juniors in the team.
