The Maintenance Engineering Manager provides strategic & operational management to the Engineering and Maintenance function operating under the Seqwater Collaborative Asset Services contract. This position will provide leadership and support with a focus on improving operational efficiencies, moving from reactive response to proactive preventative maintenance and towards a data-driven condition-based maintenance regime across all Seqwater assets. The position will drive continuous improvement opportunities and identify and implement strategies for improving asset reliability and maintenance execution.

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or Project Management with significant mechanical or electrical trades experience. Proven Financial, Cost Control and Business Management literacy. Proven track record in a Maintenance Engineering Management role. Demonstrated ability to develop excellent working relationships with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and direct reports. Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior client personnel, management and all levels of the project delivery team.
