The Challenge Architect for Scale: Define and drive the technical strategy as they prepare for global expansion. Collaborate & Lead: Be at the table for critical decisions, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to solve complex problems. Shape the Team: Set the standard for engineering excellence and mentor others as the team doubles in size (20 to 40+ engineers in six months). Here, your voice matters. The Tech Core Stack: Kotlin, GCP, Terraform, Kafka. Don't know the stack? No worries. What matters is you have JVM knowledge, drive, and ability to work at scale.
