This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

We are seeking passionate Functional Analysts / Functional Consultants / Solution Architects with specialised expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) to help manage the full Application Lifecycle of our newly implemented Maximo Asset and Works Management systems.

This position will cover design, development, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and functional support, with a core focus on Maximo solution capabilities.

Core Maximo modules include Enterprise Asset Management, Inventory Management, Works Management and Maximo Mobile.

This is a permanent role based in Sydney; however, we are open to remote / hybrid candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and modify the Maximo system to meet business needs, including creating and managing workflows, data structures, and integration points.
Oversee daily operations, monitor application incidents, and provide Level 2 support for Maximo and other integrated systems.
Resolve complex technical issues by working closely with business stakeholders, managed services partners and vendors.
Plan and execute system maintenance, performance tuning, upgrades, and patches.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and make design decisions aligned with best practices.
Develop and enhance system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and practices.
Support design, estimation, and development according to standards.
Train the user base for optimised use of the solution.
About You:
Extensive Experience with Maximo, including configuration, security, and integration.
Proven ability to manage and customise Maximo applications effectively.
Competent in SQL, Python, Jython and database management.
Ability to write complex SQL statements.
Proficient in making workflow designer changes.
Experience with BIRT reporting.
Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and web services.
Experience in setting technical standards, leading projects, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of providing strategic solutions and staying updated with industry trends.
Ability to work with IT teams, project teams, business support teams, senior managers, and system architects.
