12 month maternity contract for experienced Weighbridge Administrator in Bowral
Full time hours, rotating roster, immediate start
Responsibilities include:
Weighing trucks in and out of site and producing customer dockets; Providing excellent customer service via both phone and face to face; Processing payments, including EFTPOS transactions, account transactions, cash payments and cash reconciliation; Monthly account reconciliation; Completion of onboarding and inductions. Skills and experience will include:
Prior experience working in a customer focused role; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; A friendly, customer focused attitude; Previous experience with cash handling; Intermediate computer skills, particularly MS Office products such as Excel. Position Details:
