Responsibilities:
Market Bamara Care services to Schools, Community groups, Agencies Prepare and deliver presentations to referral partners and NDIS stakeholders Attend and represent Bamara CARE at different stakeholder meetings, networking events and expos Identify and complete intake of new participants.
Meet key performance indicators related to the position Ensure that the NDIS Support Worker team delivers a consistent level of high-quality care and support to our customers.
Develop responses to client issues Develop effective linkages through existing partners and networks Assist with the development of innovative programs Empower staff to assist participants to build capacity Maintain relationships with participants, nominees, and families Provide mentoring and coaching to the Disability Support Worker Team Provide training to onboarding staff as well as completing probation reviews and conducting regular one-on-ones with staff.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is a real go-getter with the passion to build a customer base You will be passionate about improving the everyday life skills of Bamara Participants You will be heavily ingrained in the local community and well known and respected You will be experienced in Disability Support work and the NDIS framework Undertake NDIS Worker Orientation Module Possess a Working with Children check Pass a CV Police Check Have or be able to obtain an NDIS Workers Clearance Drivers Licence Bamara is an EEO employer, and we value cultural diversity within our organisation.
