We consult and implement CRM systems into businesses to assist them in managing and tracking their leads & sales. We also implement sales and marketing automation as part of this process.
While CRM Systems, as a company, has only been established this year, it is part of a long established (since 2009) Web Design, Development, SEO and Digital Marketing Company with high quality clients Australia wide. Our brief is to partner with & assist our clients' to achieve their goals. We also have a division for Promotional Products.
This role will see you consulting with customers to assess their needs along with assisting them to map out their Sales and Marketing Processes to allow us to quote on their project. Once we win the gig, you will be involved in the smooth implementation along with our CRM development team if any customization is required.
We exclusively use and are Authorised Consulting Partners for Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications. The Zoho suite consists of 46+ applications that can run their entire business end to end and is more of an ERP system of which the CRM is just a part of the overall architecture.
Requirements Identify and develop new business opportunities. Effectively develop relationships with current and potential clients. Perform the detailed design of business processes and functional application design. Host client-facing workshops and facilitate client discussions. Configure, build, and test the application to ensure compliance with the brief. Work with developers to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals. Fix and/or facilitate any functional defects and performance problems discovered in testing. Participate in transitions of the application or functional components to the customer. Document the application to facilitate maintenance. Ability to seek out the customer's other needs to recommend our other divisions within our business (the upsell). Have Zoho CRM experience (preferred) and/or worked with other CRM system implementations (at least 2). Set up automated workflows and ability to learn quickly. Ability to study for self-development in your own time. Sales ability highly regarded. All products, pricing packages, systems and tools are set up and ready to get started.
