This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to contribute to a thriving practice in the heart of Adelaide's business district.
Key Areas of Expertise Required : Intellectual Property & Trade Marks : Advising clients on IP strategy, registration, and protection. Corporate Governance : Working closely with clients on corporate governance issues, regulatory compliance, and advisory work. Litigation : Managing disputes and representing clients in various commercial litigation matters. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) : Involvement in transactional work including due diligence, negotiation, and execution of M&A deals. About You : You are a driven and experienced lawyer with a proven track record in the corporate / commercial space. You're passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and enjoy collaborating within a team-oriented, professional environment.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills make you effective both in and outside the courtroom or boardroom.
