An opportunity has arisen for a capable Senior Architect to join the small team and work alongside the Directors, to deliver the design development, documentation and delivery stages of high-end, unconventional buildings. The successful Architect will have a passionate, driven approach, along with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects through all stages. Key Responsibilities Oversee and drive the delivery of architectural documentation packages through design development, tender and construction phases Program the scope of services and provide regular advice on project performance Attend site meetings with the head contractor to review and assess the built progress against the design intent and quality outcomes Be able to advise on constructability issues with the client representatives Mentor, train and lead the project team members Skills & Experience 10-15 years' local experience, including large and complex design projects Experience in the delivery of large scale multi-residential projects Able to develop internal layouts and basement carparks of multi-residential apartments, feasibility and yield Proficiency in Revit Solid understanding of Australian standards and BCA's Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Benefits & Culture Work by the beach – great office location Be an integral member of a dynamic emerging practice Build a strong portfolio of innovative design projects to your resume Be mentored by some of the best in the business How do your skills match this job?
