Job Responsibilities This role is responsible for the deployment and support of autonomous vehicles in mining operations.
Working onsite on an 8 / 6 roster, your typical workday consists of deployment activities such as commissioning of autonomous vehicles, installation of software and systems, identifying deviations, troubleshooting, and training.
Other duties include: As an autonomous vehicle (AV) engineer, you will be part of the deployment team ensuring the vehicle and autonomous system is ready for operation. You will continue to support the system on site until the customer is fully trained and ready to operate the system independently. During deployments, this role will work in close collaboration with deployment managers and support organisations in Perth and Sweden. During operation, you will work together with operations personnel to safely achieve stable production. Training and onboarding of customer personnel will be an important part of the job. Who you are To be successful as an Autonomous Vehicle Engineer, you will be:
