Role Description We are looking for outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Account Executives with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us tackle this extensive market opportunity and achieve revenue targets. You will be a key member of a close-knit, cross-functional team responsible for owning and driving the go-to-market strategy for your territory, and leading the sales cycle.
Your Impact Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst growing existing accounts. Handle strategic accounts and relationships across the team. Drive pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge together with the Business Development Manager. Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s). Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling. Lead the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc. Update the Salesforce.com system daily with accurate customer and pipeline data. Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery. Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings. Basic Requirements Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills. Proven track record of achievement against targets and metrics. Credibility internally and with customers. Validated sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement. Successful history of net new business and existing business upsell. Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals. Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role.
