We're on the hunt for an energetic, detail-oriented, and client-focused Sales PA to Director to join a growing and dynamic real estate team. Based in a stunning, newly established office in Surry Hills, this is a unique opportunity to work alongside an industry leader and provide exceptional support to help drive success.
Key Responsibilities: Run open inspections and ensure a smooth experience for prospective buyers. Coordinate mail-outs and client communication to keep everyone informed. Act as a key point of contact, liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors. Help manage and promote advertising campaigns to generate maximum property exposure. Provide personalised, exceptional service to ensure clients are always a priority. What We're Looking For: Experience in Real Estate (either Sales or Property Management). Certificate of Registration (Required). Familiarity with RP Data (CampaignTrack preferred but not essential). Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. A high degree of attention to detail and organizational ability. A proactive, team-oriented mindset, willing to step up and take initiative when needed.
