Job Description Drive performance and growth of a diverse seat ancillary product portfolio across multiple sales channels. Engage with a broad set of stakeholders and influence customer and commercial outcomes. Permanent role based at our head office in Mascot. As a Seat Ancillary Product Analyst, you will support the performance and end-to-end customer experience of our seat ancillary products. You will provide performance insights, manage revenue forecasts, develop and drive new initiatives, and support the continuous improvement of the portfolio. The successful candidate will have skills in stakeholder management, a collaborative attitude, and strong analytical capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence a product portfolio, combining analytical insight, creativity, and stakeholder management to elevate our seating ancillary offerings and maximize impact. What you'll bring to the Role : 3+ years' experience, ideally with product management, strategy, or commercial background. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics and the ability to derive business insights from data. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence the decision-making process. Strong product management skills, with a proven ability to deliver successful products or initiatives. Highly effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen, with a well-developed understanding of the interrelationship of strategic, financial, technological, and business factors. Ability to work well under pressure, with uncertainty and changing priorities. A drive to succeed and over-deliver within the portfolio. The ability to work autonomously without direction.
