Administering and managing construction contracts, including reviewing and negotiating contractual documentation with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitoring project progress and milestones to ensure timely completion.
Identifying and resolving contractual issues and disputes.
Providing technical engineering support and advice to project teams.
Preparing and reviewing project documentation, such as progress reports, variation claims, and site instructions.
Attending site meetings and conducting regular site inspections.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
What we're looking for
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1-3 years' experience as a Civil Engineer, with a strong background in contract administration.
Excellent understanding of construction contracts, project management principles, and construction methods.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Proficiency in the use of relevant software, such as CAD, Procore project management, Bluebeam, and MS Office and Projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8-hour shift
