Role Overview
As a Senior Engineer in M365 collaboration tech, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our M365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
You'll ensure service standardisation and develop patterns with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams etc.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of solutions within the M365 and Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring high standards of service and user experience.Emphasize automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the platform.
Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and other tools.Establish and maintain service standards, creating reusable patterns and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability.Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide advanced support for complex issues within the M365 and Power Platform services.Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in M365 services, including Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.Strong expertise in automation tools, particularly Power Automate, and a deep understanding of Power Apps, Virtual Agents, and Power BI.Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.What's on offer?
