Key Responsibilities: Greeting: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and in our venue. Ensuring everyone has been acknowledged and feels welcomed. Customer Service: Provide attentive and friendly service, address guest needs promptly, and handle enquiries and concerns with professionalism. Team Collaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Problem-Solving: Handle any guest questions, complaints, or issues with a positive attitude and seek solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
