Seeking Experienced Hospital Receptionist
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Hospital Receptionist to work on a part-time/casual basis and who has flexibility across a Monday to Friday roster.
Minimum of 16 hours a week.
As a team member, you will work within the Hospital reception & consulting suites to provide exceptional quality healthcare to all our patients, doctors, and visitors.
The person we are seeking must be motivated and have a passionate approach to providing outstanding customer service and enjoy working in an extremely busy environment.
You must love multi-tasking!
This position is located at our Rosemont Endoscopy Centre and is part of the front of hospital support team.
About Rosemont Endoscopy Centre
Rosemont Endoscopy Centre is a privately owned Hospital and Specialist Medical Practice located in Wollongong.
Our focus is to provide comprehensive Gastroenterology personalised care to our patients utilising a team approach from our doctors, nurses, allied health and administration support staff.
About the Role
Essential attributes for this role:
Previous experience in Medical Reception, Hospital environment highly desirable Proficient computer skills with experience in the use of Practice Management Software An understanding of the Medicare billing system An understanding of the Private Health Insurance billing system Sound knowledge of medical terminology Solid time management, organisational and communication skills Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team environment How to Apply:
