About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join our busy Contracts Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracting in order to support the effective delivery of Production Grant Agreements, including drafting, negotiating and executing the legal documents in accordance with Screen Australia policies and guidelines and terms of trade.
About you
Previous experience working as a Contracts Administrator in a similar environment or experience as a Legal Assistant / Paralegal or Procurement Administrator.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prepare quality legal documentation.
Strong organisational skills including experience working on databases.
Strong Microsoft Office suite skills.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
