The Role The College is seeking a highly motivated APS 6 Learning Design & Development Lead. You will be accountable for organising course design and development activities and workflows.
Your duties may include:
Coordinate and support course Design, Development, and Learning Standards activities with APS and ADF staff, and contractors; Coordinate with stakeholders on Learning Design & Development activities and reporting; Lead a small team of APS and ADF staff in Design and Development activities; Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors on course Design and Development requirements, Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) and schedules; Develop, review and maintain documentation, policies and procedures; Produce briefing content and data in support of reporting requirements; Coordinate and respond to course Design and Development inquiries; Coordinate DSCC Learning and Development tours and briefs; Future scheduling; External stakeholder engagement. Candidate may commence on a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Positive Vetting Security Clearance as a condition of employment.

Security Clearance: Prior to commencement, successful applicants will be required to undergo a psychological assessment and an extensive security clearance process. As a Positive Vetting clearance is required, applicants must be Australian Citizens; be able to account for their personal background for their whole life; and be able to demonstrate suitability to work in a high security intelligence environment.
