You'll bring your expertise in leading a high-volume Accounts Payable function in a large complex organisation, to mentor and develop our accounts payable officers across multiple geographies.
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will :
Ensure supplier accounts are paid accurately and on time Maintain strong relationships with key vendors Support and act as an escalation point for issue resolution Ensure accurate and timely supplier reconciliation Provide hands-on support to the Accounts Payable team Foster a supportive and collaborative team culture Provide training and development Manage system integrations and process improvements across Business Central, Coupa, Kofax, SAP Support projects as required You will demonstrate :
At least 2 years' experience managing high volume accounts function with remote teams Excellent communication and leadership skills High level of initiative with ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressured environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central, Coupa, Kofax, and SAP The successful candidate will be customer focused, highly driven, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities evolve quickly.
